Description
Our client detected the opportunity to improve the capacity of managers in decision-making and the operation of small water treatment stations, through a low-cost soft ware tool that allows the manager to improve their level of daily Management.
Through workshops with the methodology of Design Thinking worked on the definition of the essential functionalities of communication and support software for the maintenance of the stations by the managers.
