Our client wanted to reinforce its current innovation process for 5 categories of the company’s Strategic products, with the aim of improving its positioning and identifying new market opportunities.
A competitive benchmarking study and trend analysis was carried out that could serve as inspiration for the development of new products. Based on the report, ideation and conceptualization workshops were held with the internal team activate the identified opportunities with a focus on generating solutions that will enhance the company’s innovation pipeline.
