Description
Our client had the objective of promoting innovation within the organization. To achieve this, the challenge was set to train and empower its teams in the use of Design Thinking techniques as a change Management process
As part of this training plan, in addition to the training plan itself, real challenges for the organization were raised to address them with this methodology, thus promoting the generation of real solutions for the company from any of its areas.

- Presentation of the design Thinking methodology.
- Presentation of the challenge to be addressed and implementation of techniques to empathize with the user.
- Definition of a significant challenge.
- Ideation of multiple solutions through co-creation.
- Prototyping of the solution, to get feedback without spending excessive resources.
ADVISE ON PROTOTYPING
AND VALIDATION
- Presentation of the prototype and joint feedback session. Use of visual thinking to support prototypes and design, in the most tangible way possible, the solution or service to offer.
- Elevator Speech and validation: Learn to communicate the solution to the market and to evaluate the reaction generated, as well as inputs to improve.
