Description
Our client faced the challenge of transforming commercial discourses on inheritance Management, under an agile approach, with a focus on increasing the value of the information transferred, both from the point of view of the manager and the client.
Likewise, aware of the opportunity represented by offering good inheritance advice to its clients, it also set itself the goal of creating a digital tool that would support managers during advice.

UNDERSTAND THE CLIENT AND DETECT OPPORTUNITIES
Understand the key processes in inheritance Management from the client’s point of view and their experience (gain & pain points).
Collect concerns and objectives of the company in the area through interviews with the directors of the areas involved in the process.
BUILDING THE BUSINESS SPEECH
Construction of the commercial speech for clients with the creation of the content: messages aligned with the interests of the company, the clients and the market, accompanied by the graphic presentation to support the speech.
Discourse validation workshop with the internal team and introduction of feedback.
REFINE THE SPEECH
Validation and co-creation of the commercial discourse with clients through workshops.
Refinement of the commercial discourse including customer contributions. Validation and closure of the discourse with the areas involved.
CONCEPTUALIZE A SUPPORT TOOL FOR MANAGERS
Development of the prototype detailing functionalities, contents, information, architecture, usability, look and feel.
Preparation of the definitive documentation on the functionalities of the tool for its subsequent development and implementation.
