Our client faced the challenge of developing a digital solution for the private client that would allow the detection of water leaks in the home.
Through focus groups with clients, their problems in managing water at home were identified. In parallel, work was done to generate optimal solutions in relation to leak detection and to assess the potential interest of two specific solutions on which our client had already begun to work at an industrial level.
