Description
Our client set itself the objective of drawing up a guide of good practices and recommendations in Health Care Plans in the Oncology Area.
A national study was carried out (quantitative and qualitative) with healthcare professionals and patients to establish the diagnosis of the current situation in the humanisation of care, understanding the initiatives carried out in different centres and the unmet needs of the stakeholders involved.

DIAGNOSIS: UNDERSTANING
THE CURRENT SITUATION
Desk research to identify national trends and initiatives to humanise healthcare, with a focus on oncology.
Interviews with multidisciplinary professionals, online questionnaires and focus groups with patients and caregivers to investigate the level of humanised treatment in cancer care.
GENERATE GOOD
PRACTICES
Conducting Focus Groups with healthcare professionals and Patient Associations at national level, with the aim of coming up with solutions based on humanisation, in order to respond to the unmet needs of the different stakeholders throughout the different stages of the patient journey.
DEVELOP A GUIDE
OF RECOMMENDATIONS
Co-creation session with a group of experts to validate the main gaps in the humanisation of oncology care and prioritise areas of work.
Definition of recommendations and elaboration of an Action Plan for the implementation of the Guide of Recommendations, through the endorsement of Scientific Societies.
