Our client – a comprehensive water cycle Management company – faced the great Strategic challenge or reducing its carbon footprint over the next decade.
Workshop moderation work was carried out to identify the different supplier segments that impact the company’s footprint according to their level of involvement in reducing the carbon footprint. Finally, the Action Plan was finalized to reduce the carbon footprint of the production chain in the coming years.

3 supplier profiles were determined at the level of awareness of climate neutrality. The three supplier profiles were characterized at the level of involvement in calculating the footprint, the objective to be achieved and the drivers and barriers to continue in the climate neutrality funnel.

Creation of a questionnaire that included key questions to segment suppliers (i.e. calculation of the global carbon footprint, specific and carbon footprint reduction strategy). Subsequently, analysis of the responses and preparation of a final report detailing the main insights.
