Our client, aware of the threats and opportunities represented by the exchange of client information between entities, wanted to investigate the drivers that move clients to authorize this type of exchange.
The final purpose of this Project was to design and validate a new portfolio of services, considering what services customers would be willing to share in exchange for their information. This with the intention of understanding the drivers that drive clients to allow the exchange of information.
